Pre-print corrugated packaging
Pre-print corrugated means digital printing on a liner material that is later laminated to a corrugated base substrate to create a high-quality printed package. The Colorado UVgel Packaging Factory achieves this in five steps:
- Fotoba Jumbo roll feeds in
- Printing on the Colorado with UVgel inks
- Cutting into sheets with Fotoba cutter
- Laminating sheets to corrugated sheets with, in this case, Lamina laminator
- Offline finishing
