Output Management Service

Efficiently manages your MPS Optimisation Policy, giving you effective control of your print and scan security and sustainability.

This gives you effective control of colour utilisation, double-sided printing and the cost of printing. Additionally, it helps to ensures that printing and scanning is done securely and with due consideration of its impact on the environment.

Customer Reporting Service

Provides you with reports on your print environment, from paper consumption to service levels, so you can understand its performance and costs.

Our Customer Reporting Service provides reports that show continuous advancement in printing and scanning performance. The reports include details against key performance indicators (KPIs), as outlined at the start of the contract. You will have a detailed view of:

  • Total fleet and fleet usage of Canon and third-party devices, including information on types of print jobs (black and white, colour, duplex etc.)
  • Service levels and fleet performance
  • Cost centre reporting (uF/uFO only)
  • Changes within the customer’s print
  • Environmental reporting
  • Financial reporting

Technology Manager

Outsource your day-to-day technology management to us, freeing up your IT team to provide you with a better user experience.

In our experience delivering and servicing large international MPS contracts, is the key role of a Technology Manager, but they can often be absent. We believe that this is an oversight. As part of this service offering, we provide a dedicated Technology Manager that is highly specialised in the corporate environment and current/future technical Canon portfolio.

The role helps to ensure that the technical components supporting the MPS Services are:

  • Designed to meet the customer’s requirements and policies, as defined in the relevant documents.
  • Implemented as per the agreed project plan and design documents.
  • Provide utility, warranty and security.
  • Continuously monitored, updated and improve with innovation.

Our Multi-Vendor Management Services allow you to consolidate all your print supplier activities into a Single Point of Contact. Iit is a complete end-to-end Multi-vendor Managed service which includes:

Business Relationship Management

A dedicated resource to manage your print and scan infrastructure, comprised of a Fleet Manager.

This service provides a single point of contact for all fleet management queries and incident escalations. This includes fleet management reporting to enable you to gain best value from your print solution, in line with your MPS Optimisation Policy.

  • Fleet Manager (FM) – a dedicated desk-based resource who will be a Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all fleet management queries, providing escalation management
