Release date: 04 October 2013

Solution

If you are looking for assistance on setting up the wireless connection on your PIXMA printer, please view the PIXMA Wireless Connection Setup Guides.

On this page you will find instructions on how to setup a wireless connection using the WPS connection method or standard connection method and how to restore the printer to factory settings.

WPS Connection Method
This is the easiest way to setup a wireless connection on your printer.
For more information on WPS please view the What is 'WPS'? FAQ.

Standard Connection Method
This method is used when a WPS connection is not supported.

Restore Printer To Factory Settings
This will completely reset all network settings on the printer back to factory settings. If you have changed Internet Service Provider (ISP) recently the printer must be restored to factory settings and the wireless connection on your PIXMA set up again.
