BENEFIT
Full Frame CMOS sensor
EOS C700 FF delivers appealing large format, as well as Super 35mm and anamorphic modes. In addition to full frame lenses, it can be used with lenses designed for Super 35mm coverage.
Canon’s Dual Pixel CMOS AF system allows users to reliably and easily maintain sharp focus on subjects as they move throughout the frame, and includes a function to aid manual focusing.
Canon’s unique autofocus technology is designed for high performance focus tracking. The CMOS sensor consists of two individual photodiodes, which are read separately for phase-detection autofocus and together for imaging. Dual Pixel CMOS AF is possible over 80% of the width and height of the frame and is highly accurate without compromising on image quality.
Face detection AF can track a person’s face in the frame and maintain focus on them.
A menu function for autofocus tuning allows the user to define the speed and sensitivity of the AF, providing the ability to set a more natural ‘focus-pull’, with greater flexibility and control.
Provides a graphical guide that represents front/back focus deviation; the rectangle turns green when the subject is in focus, allowing manual focus pulling.
